We are looking for an experienced Fabric Sourcing Manager with solid knowledge of woven fabrics and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and develop reliable woven fabric suppliers.

- Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules.

- Develop fabrics as per product and quality requirements.

- Monitor fabric quality, testing, approvals, and inspections.

- Ensure timely delivery and maintain optimum inventory levels.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with mills and suppliers.

- Track market trends and fabric prices to achieve competitive sourcing.

- Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Quality, Stores, and Accounts teams.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in fabric sourcing/purchasing.

- Strong knowledge of woven fabrics and textile markets.

- Good supplier network and negotiation skills.

- Strong communication, follow-up, and analytical abilities.

- Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems preferred.
