Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Meerut for an Experienced Banking Telecom Fintech Distribution Channel Sales Professional. The role involves developing and managing Merchants channels to drive CASA of banking and allied financial products, CASA, insurance, Landin related offerings.

The professional will identify and onboard new partners and merchant points, nurture relationships with existing channel partners, and ensure consistent performance against sales targets. Daily responsibilities include market mapping, field visits, partner training,



monitoring channel activities, and resolving operational or customer service issues in coordination with internal teams. The role also requires supporting local marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of finance and banking products, including basic credit and payments solutions.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with partners, merchants, and internal stakeholders.
- Customer service capabilities to support end-users and channel partners, with a focus on problem-solving and relationship management.
- Exposure to Casa and insurance Landing products, with the ability to explain features and advantages clearly and responsibly.
- Proven experience in distribution channel sales within banking, telecom, fintech, or related sectors.
- Ability to work in field-intensive roles, manage multiple locations, and meet sales and growth target.
- Bachelor’s degree any streem.
- Familiarity with the Meerut market or similar territories in Emerging India is beneficial.
