- E-Way Bill and E-Invoice generation
- Tracking dispatched materials and maintaining delivery status records
- Follow-up with transporters, branches, and customers for POD collection
- Ensuring timely confirmation of material delivery after invoicing
- Maintaining shipment tracking updates and system status records
- Coordination with Logistics, Warehouse, Sales, Accounts, and Transporter teams
- MIS reporting and system updates
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance in billing and logistics processes
