What is expected from this role?

Responsibilities

Client & Mandate Ownership

1. Work closely with senior consultants and clients on leadership hiring mandates across industries & functions. We are looking at growing our Middle East and Africa team and to support that requirement we would look at talent who have worked on Leadership hiring in Middle East and Africa across functions and Industries, especially from FMCG, Retail, Pharma, Manufacturing, BFSI.
2. Understand business context, role complexity, and leadership expectations to drive high-quality outcomes.

Research & Talent Mapping

1. Build deep market intelligence by identifying, mapping, and engaging with top talent across industries and international geographies.
2. Go beyond databases to uncover passive candidates and emerging leaders.
3. Develop and execute search strategies through primary and secondary research.

Candidate Engagement & Assessment

1. Drive conversations with senior professionals and leadership talent.
2. Evaluate candidates on experience, leadership potential,



and cultural fit while documenting their qualifications, experience, and references in a structured and detailed manner.
3. Ensure a smooth experience for shortlisted candidates throughout the assessment and selection process.

Execution Excellence

1. Manage multiple mandates with speed, structure, and attention to detail.
2. Execute search mandates in alignment with internal processes, quality benchmarks, and operational standards.

What are we Looking For?

- 3 – 4 years of experience in Executive Search, Recruitment, or Consulting, with MBA/ PGDBA.

Required Skills

- Robust communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- High ownership mindset and comfort working in ambiguous environments.
- Curiosity about businesses, industries, and leadership roles.
- Ability to balance structured execution with relationship building.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to Consulting, Executive Search, Recruitment, or Business Development.
- Strong interest in leadership hiring and client-facing roles.
