To develop and manage the referral network in the Alwar territory by building strong relationships with doctors, clinics, nursing homes, hospitals and other healthcare stakeholders, thereby generating quality patient referrals and achieving business growth for the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain solid professional relationships with referring doctors, clinics, nursing homes and healthcare professionals across Alwar.

- Identify and develop new referral sources and strengthen existing referral relationships.

- Generate patient referrals for key specialties and services offered by the hospital.

- Conduct regular doctor/clinic visits and communicate hospital specialties, clinical expertise, facilities and treatment offerings.

- Understand referral patterns, market potential and competitor activity within the Alwar territory.

- Coordinate with consultants and clinical departments to ensure smooth handling of referred patients.

- Facilitate appointments, admissions, investigations and treatment coordination for referred patients wherever required.





- Maintain regular follow-up with referring doctors and ensure timely feedback on referred patients.

- Organize and participate in CME meetings, doctor engagement programs, health camps and outreach activities.

- Develop territory-wise referral plans and achieve assigned referral and revenue targets.

- Track referral business, conversion, specialty-wise performance and doctor-wise contribution.

- Share regular MIS and market intelligence with the reporting manager.

- Ensure high-quality service and relationship management to strengthen long-term referral partnerships.

- Identify opportunities for increasing referrals in key specialties such as Cardiac Sciences, Oncology, Neurosciences, Orthopaedics, Gastroenterology, Renal Sciences and other hospital specialties.

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and ethical standards while undertaking referral marketing activities.

- Perform other business development activities as assigned by management.
