Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a energetic and creative communications professional with experience in internal communications, employer branding, content writing, corporate communications, or employee engagement. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and visual communication skills, a flair for storytelling, and the ability to translate HR initiatives into engaging employee-focused content.

Experience in designing newsletters, managing communication campaigns, coordinating with creative agencies, and working with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms will be preferred. The candidate should be self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality communication projects within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:





- Develop and execute internal communication plans to support HR programs and initiatives.
- Create engaging content including newsletters, announcements, leadership messages, employee stories, and campaign communication.
- Design and manage the monthly/quarterly HR newsletter and other employee communication channels.
- Partner with HR teams to drive awareness and participation in employee engagement, learning, recognition, wellness, and culture initiatives.
- Coordinate with external creative agencies for design, video, and communication deliverables while ensuring quality and brand consistency.
- Monitor communication effectiveness and continuously enhance employee experience through creative and impactful communication solutions.
