Rakhecha Finserv is a financial services firm based out of Kolkata, with three core verticals — Wealth Management, Investment Banking and Insurance.

The firm is led by Dev Rakhecha (IIM Raipur), Nidhhi Rakhecha (IIM Calcutta) and Nitish Rakhecha (NMIMS Mumbai).

We are hiring for an Executive Assistant – Investment Banking role, with a primary focus on fundraising, secondary deals in the private markets, acquisitions and IPO listings.

With over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, we are primarily focused on identifying and vetting high-potential companies in the private markets at critical inflection points—exactly when capital catalyzes rapid scale, enabling liquidity across the private markets ecosystem, and helping companies achieve IPO readiness.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the founding team on day-to-day Investment Banking activities and strategic initiatives
- Sourcing and filtration of the right deals across both primary and secondary markets




- Company and industry analysis, including financial statement analysis and key business metrics
- Assist with preliminary valuation and deal assessment
- Support founders in fundraising readiness, including preparation of decks and investor conversations
- Drive investor outreach and build long-term relationships with investors
- Manage client interactions across IPO prospects, founders, VCs and other market participants
- Support due diligence and deal execution

Who We’re Looking For

- Willingness to stretch and go the extra mile whenever required
- Robust analytical and communication skills
- Candidates pursuing or having appeared for CA/CS/CFA preferred
