We are looking for a Car Evaluator who can inspect and evaluate used vehicles, assess their overall condition, and provide accurate vehicle reports to support buying and selling decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect used cars for overall condition, including engine, exterior, interior, tyres, electrical systems and mechanical components.
- Check vehicle documents, registration details and service history.
- Identify accidental, repaired, repainted or damaged parts.
- Conduct test drives and assess vehicle performance.
- Estimate the approximate market value of vehicles based on condition and current market trends.
- Prepare accurate inspection/evaluation reports.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams during the vehicle evaluation process.
- Maintain proper records of inspected vehicles.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of cars and automobile components.
- Previous experience in car evaluation, automobile service, workshop or used-car industry will be preferred.
- Good observation and communication skills.
- Ability to identify vehicle defects and assess condition accurately.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
- Freshers with strong automobile knowledge may also be considered.
