We are hiring an ETP Operator for our client (3rd party Payroll) located in Kuruli Phata, Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra.

Position: ETP Operator

Location: Kuruli Phata, Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra.

Job Role & responsibilities

-Knowledge of/Expert in-

- Knowledge of safety compliance requirements and work permit procedures during operations and maintenance activities.
- Knowledge of ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) and STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) operation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of chemicals required for ETP operation, such as HCl, NaOH, NaCl, etc., including their proper handling and usage.
- Operating knowledge of DM (Demineralization) Plant.
- Operating knowledge of Water Softening Plant.
- Knowledge of required tools, measuring instruments, and testing instruments used for plant operation and maintenance.
- Ability to check, monitor, and record required operating parameters.
- Knowledge of water quality parameters such as Temperature, Flow, pH, TDS, SDI, and Conductivity, including methods of measurement and monitoring.
- Knowledge of Sand Filters and their operation and maintenance.




- Knowledge of chemical dosing systems and proper chemical dosing procedures.
- Knowledge of MSDS/SDS (Material Safety Data Sheet/Safety Data Sheet) for chemicals used in plant operations.
- Knowledge of backwashing procedures for filters and water treatment equipment.
- Knowledge of chemical stock taking, inventory monitoring, and record maintenance.
- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities for ETP, STP, and water treatment systems.
- Knowledge of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly inspection and maintenance activities.

Preferred candidate profile- Gender- Male candidate only

Education Required- BSC / ITI / Diploma +3 yrs.

Location Preferred- Chakan, Pune City.
