About the Role

We are looking for an ERPNext Functional Consultant with 1+ year of experience to understand business requirements, configure ERPNext, and support successful ERP implementations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of ERPNext modules and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand and analyze client business requirements.
- Configure and implement ERPNext modules as per business needs.
- Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping.
- Work with clients to understand workflows and suggest ERPNext solutions.
- Coordinate with the development team for customizations and integrations.
- Perform functional testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
- Support data migration and data validation activities.
- Conduct ERPNext demos and user training.
- Prepare functional documentation,



process flows, and user manuals.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional queries.
- Coordinate with project managers, developers, and clients for timely project delivery.

Required Skills

- 1+ year of experience in ERPNext Functional Consulting/Implementation.
- Good knowledge of ERPNext/Frappe.
- Understanding of ERP and business processes.
- Knowledge of modules such as Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, HR & Payroll, or Manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of UAT, functional testing, and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and functional teams.

Office Time: 9.30 AM - 6.00 PM Monday - Saturday 3rd Saturday Off
