Analyst Equity Research (Sell-Side)

: We are looking for an experienced Equity Research Analyst to join our Institutional Equity Research team. The candidate will be responsible for research coverage, financial modelling, valuation, investment ideas, and client-ready research across Pharma, Chemicals

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct end-to-end equity research and initiate coverage on companies.
- Build and maintain financial models and valuations using DCF, Relative Valuation & SOTP.
- Prepare quarterly result updates, research reports, industry notes, and thematic reports.
- Generate independent, fundamental research-based investment ideas.
- Track sector trends, regulatory developments, company performance, and industry dynamics.
- Interact with company management, industry participants, and institutional clients.
- Present research views to Institutional Sales, RMs, and clients.




- Support Associates in financial modelling and research report preparation.

Key Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in Indian Equity Research, preferably Sell-Side.
- Strong exposure to Pharma and Chemicals,
- Proven expertise in financial modelling, valuation and research report writing.
- Strong fundamental analysis and ability to develop independent investment views.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Solid Excel, Financial Modelling and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to manage multiple coverage stocks and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred:

- CFA Level 2/3 or CA.
- Prior experience with a broking house, wealth management platform, or independent research firm.
- Working knowledge of Bloomberg, Capitaline, ACE Equity, or similar databases.
