Key Responsibilities

- Create and customize professional, responsive HTML email templates.

- Use HTML and CSS to design, edit, troubleshoot, and optimize email templates.

- Ensure emails are responsive and compatible across major email clients and devices.

- Work with email marketing platforms/ESP tools for campaign setup, scheduling, segmentation, and reporting.

- Follow email marketing best practices related to deliverability, spam compliance, unsubscribe management, and email authentication.

- Conduct thorough email testing before campaign deployment to identify broken links, formatting issues, and rendering problems.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing

- Strong practical knowledge of HTML and CSS.





- Ability to independently create and modify HTML email templates.

- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.

- Knowledge of email authentication concepts such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

- Good understanding of responsive email design and email-client compatibility.

- Good knowledge of email deliverability and spam-related factors.

- Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
