About the Role

We are looking for a results-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to drive our international outreach. You will be at the forefront of engaging global audiences, generating high-quality leads, and strengthening our brand presence across the USA, Europe, Middle East, and APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns for international IT services & solutions.
- Build, manage, and segment mailing lists while ensuring GDPR, CAN-SPAM & compliance standards.
- Craft compelling subject lines and content tailored to IT services and buyer personas.
- Collaborate with sales & business development teams to nurture leads into opportunities.
- Track campaign metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Run A/B tests for content, subject lines, and templates to boost engagement.




- Set up & manage automation workflows using platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with global marketing trends.
- Deliver performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in email marketing (preferably in the IT/Tech domain).
- Strong grasp of B2B lead generation & IT services marketing.
- Hands-on experience with email automation platforms & CRM tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Knowledge of deliverability, compliance laws, and email best practices.
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive email content.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in campaign tracking tools (Google Analytics, etc.).

Preferred Skills

- Experience handling international IT clients.
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and social media integration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
