About the Role

Zion Lifts is looking for an experienced Elevator Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate projects from the point of order confirmation through installation, testing and final handover.

This is a project execution and coordination role , not a design or engineering position. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in the elevator/lift industry and be capable of independently managing project timelines, materials, installation teams, site activities and customer communication.

You will be responsible for making sure every project progresses smoothly, on schedule and with proper coordination between the customer, installation team, factory, sales and accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of assigned elevator projects after order confirmation.
- Coordinate the project from order handover to final installation and handover .
- Prepare and track project schedules and ensure activities are completed on time.
- Coordinate with the factory and logistics team to ensure materials are ready and reach the site as scheduled .
- Coordinate with installation/erection teams and monitor progress at site.
- Track project milestones and identify delays or issues before they affect the overall timeline.
- Coordinate with customers, builders, contractors and other site stakeholders regarding project progress and requirements.
- Ensure site readiness and resolve project-related coordination issues.
- Maintain regular updates on project status, pending activities and expected completion dates.




- Coordinate with the Accounts team regarding payment milestones and pending payments .
- Coordinate with Sales whenever any commercial or customer-related matter requires their involvement.
- Monitor installation, testing, commissioning and final handover.
- Ensure all project-related documentation and completion formalities are properly closed.
- Act as the single point of coordination for the customer during project execution .

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 3 years of experience in elevator/lift project execution, installation coordination or a closely related role.
- Prior experience in the elevator/lift industry is strongly preferred .
- Strong understanding of elevator installation and project execution processes.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable communicating with customers, technicians, contractors and internal teams.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
- Engineering/Diploma qualification is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has strong practical elevator project experience.
- This is an on-desk job
