Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Electronics Faculty member to join our Engineering College. The candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate engineering students, conducting practical laboratory sessions, preparing course materials, evaluating student performance, and contributing to academic and departmental activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures on subjects related to Electronics and Communication Engineering.
- Conduct practical and laboratory sessions and provide hands-on guidance to students.
- Prepare lesson plans, lecture notes, presentations, assignments, and question papers.
- Evaluate students through internal assessments, examinations, assignments, and practicals.
- Guide students in projects, internships, seminars, and technical activities.
- Use modern teaching methods, simulation tools, and digital learning resources.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, course files, and other departmental documentation.
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Assist in curriculum development and other academic activities as required.




- Encourage students to participate in technical competitions, research, and innovation activities.
- Stay updated with recent developments in electronics and related technologies.
- Contribute to research publications, consultancy, funded projects, or other scholarly activities where applicable.

Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech. and/or M.E./M.Tech. in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Ph.D. may be preferred for senior/Assistant Professor positions.
- Strong knowledge of electronics fundamentals and practical laboratory concepts.
- Good communication, presentation, and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide engineering students.

Experience
- Freshers: Candidates with strong subject knowledge and good communication skills may be considered.
- Experienced Candidates: Teaching experience in an engineering college/university will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
