Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electronics Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of electronic components, materials, and related products for our IoT business. The candidate will be responsible for vendor development, quotation comparison, negotiation, purchase orders, and timely procurement.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and procure electronic components and materials as per BOM and project requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers/vendors.
- Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors for order status, dispatches, and pending deliveries.
- Coordinate with the Engineering, Production, Stores, and Accounts teams for purchase requirements.
- Maintain proper purchase records, vendor data, quotations, and documentation.
- Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Handle vendor follow-ups and resolve quality,



quantity, or delivery-related issues.
- Ensure procurement of materials as per required specifications and quality standards.

Preferred Knowledge

- Electronic components such as PCBs, ICs, sensors, connectors, cables, resistors, capacitors, relays, SMPS, modules, etc.
- BOM and component specifications.
- Basic understanding of IoT/Embedded Electronics.
- Vendor management and procurement processes.
- MS Excel and ERP/Purchase software.

Required Skills

- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong vendor follow-up and coordination skills.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.

Qualification

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication, or a related field preferred.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in Electronics Purchase/Procurement, preferably in an IoT, electronics manufacturing, embedded systems, or technology company.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
