Role Description The Technical Services Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role is responsible for providing technical support to internal teams and external clients, responding to service requests, and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems, documenting incidents and resolutions, and escalating complex issues when needed.

The Technical Services

Specialist will configure and maintain systems, assist with updates and installations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality.



The role also involves clear communication with stakeholders, preparing status reports, and contributing to process improvements to enhance technical service delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong Technical Services and Technical Support skills, with experience handling user queries and system issues.
- Proficient Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Clear and qualified Communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to document technical processes, maintain service records, and follow structured support workflows.
- Familiarity with common enterprise software, operating systems, and basic networking concepts.
- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in a technical support or service desk role is an advantage.
