Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Department: Plant Maintenance

Location: Gurugram

Reports To: Maintenance Manager / Electrical Lead

Key Responsibilities

- Operation & Breakdown Maintenance: Perform root-cause diagnosis and rapid repair of electrical faults in production machinery, control panels, transformers, switchgear, VFDs, and motors.
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Implement scheduled PM routines for high/low voltage systems, distribution boards, and PLC/automation units to prevent unexpected downtime.
- Wiring & Control Panels: Read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams (SLDs), circuit blueprints, and ladder logic to perform panel wiring, modification, and retrofitting.
- Equipment Commissioning & Installation: Assist in setting up, wiring, and testing recent machinery, sensors, actuators, relay logic,



and power supply lines during plant expansions or overhauls.
- Safety & Compliance: Execute Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols during repair tasks and ensure compliance with factory safety norms, ISO standards, and regional electrical codes.
- Documentation & Spares: Maintain daily shift maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and inventory lists for critical electrical spares.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) reduction on machine breakdowns.
- Percent execution of scheduled Preventive Maintenance tasks.
- Zero lost-time injuries (LTI) related to electrical safety.

Qualifications & Requirements required; Diploma in Electrical/Electrician
