We are seeking a driven, persuasive Sales &

- Educational Counsellor to join our admissions team. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between prospective students, their families, and partner universities. You will handle inside sales, guide students toward programs tailored to their career aspirations, and consistently achieve enrollment targets through consultation and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct Telesales &
- Conversion:

Conduct outbound calls and manage inbound leads to guide students and working professionals through course offerings, fee structures, and admission procedures.

- Academic &

- Career Counselling:

Assess academic backgrounds, evaluate past performance, and recommend degree or certification programs that match candidates' career goals.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the liaison between students and partner universities to streamline documentation, application processing, and admission verification.

- Parent &

- Guardian Engagement:

Involve parents or guardians in decision-making discussions, resolving financial or curriculum concerns to facilitate timely decisions.

- Pipeline &





- Target Management:

Own daily call targets, manage lead follow-ups, and meet monthly enrollment quotas within defined sales cycles.

- Query Resolution &

- Retention:

Address student inquiries regarding curriculum, accreditation, and career prospects, maintaining rapport from initial contact to successful onboarding.

Candidate Profile &

- Qualifications

- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, ed-tech sales, or academic counselling.

- Communication: Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport and articulate program value.

- Persuasion &
- Negotiation:

Demonstrated track record of handling objections, closing sales, and meeting revenue/enrollment KPIs.

- Work Ethic: High self-motivation to achieve individual quotas while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
