Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot network, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain routers, switches, access points, and other network devices.
- Perform system upgrades, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability.
- Manage IT assets, equipment, and inventory.
- Provide technical support to users and resolve IT issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, network, and service requirements.
- Maintain IT documentation and troubleshooting records.
- Ensure basic IT security, backup, and system maintenance.
