Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and catalog accuracy across online marketplaces and the company’s own ecommerce platforms. The specialist will monitor website and marketplace performance, analyze traffic and conversion data, and optimize product pages to improve sales and customer experience.

Daily tasks include coordinating with marketing and sales teams, handling customer queries related to online orders, and ensuring timely updates of inventory and offers.



The role also involves tracking competitor activity, implementing platform-specific best practices, and supporting campaign execution to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Solid E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online listings, optimize product visibility, and drive conversions.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to handle customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms and marketplaces (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools for reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in health, beauty, and consumer brands, with a willingness to learn about Ayurveda-based products.
