Role Description The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for overseeing marketplace operations, optimizing product listings, and managing accounts to drive growth across key e-commerce platforms. This full-time, in office role based in Jaipur involves monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to increase conversions.

The role includes managing order and account operations, ensuring accurate catalog management, resolving platform-related issues, and maintaining compliance with marketplace policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret marketplace data, track performance metrics, and identify growth opportunities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and marketplace support.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to develop and execute strategies that improve conversions, revenue, and customer retention.
- Candidates should possess E-Commerce expertise, including hands-on experience with online marketplaces, product listings, and order management.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to plan and optimize campaigns, promotions, and visibility initiatives across platforms.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience managing accounts on major marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Meesho or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with Excel or similar tools, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Jaipur are important.
