- Handle inbound and outbound calls with students/parents.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses or programs.

- Explain course details, fees, benefits, and career opportunities clearly.

- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

- Maintain accurate lead and customer records.

- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.

- Build solid relationships with prospective students and parents.

- Coordinate with the counselling/admission team for successful conversions.

- Use CRM and other sales tools to track leads and follow-ups.

- Stay updated about courses, programs, and company offerings.

Pay: ₹40,503.51 - ₹55,631.99 per month
