Role: E-Learning Course Creator / Instructional Designer

We are looking for a creative and technology-oriented E-Learning Course Creator / Instructional Designer to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for transforming technical and training content into engaging, interactive, and easy-to-understand digital learning courses.

This role requires a combination of instructional design skills, creativity, content development, and knowledge of AI tools .

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop interactive e-learning courses and training modules.
- Apply instructional design principles to convert complex information into simple and engaging learning experiences.
- Create course structures, learning objectives, storyboards, assessments, quizzes, scenarios, and interactive activities.
- Develop engaging visual and multimedia-based learning content.
- Use AI tools for content creation, image generation, video creation, voiceovers, research, scripting, and course development.




- Work with subject matter experts to understand technical content and convert it into learner-friendly material.
- Create scenario-based and game-based learning activities wherever appropriate.
- Review and improve existing training courses.
- Maintain consistency in course design, branding, language, and learning standards.
- Explore new e-learning technologies and AI tools that can improve course quality and development speed.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of Instructional Design and e-learning development.
- Understanding of learning objectives, course structure, assessments, and learner engagement.
- Good working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, image-generation tools, AI video tools, AI voice tools, or similar platforms.
- Creative thinking and strong visual/content presentation skills.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Ability to understand complex information and simplify it for learners.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.

Preferred Skills Experience with any of the following will be an advantage:
- Articulate Storyline / Rise 360
- Adobe Captivate or similar e-learning authoring tools
- Canva
- AI image and video generation tools
- Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- SCORM / xAPI
- Video editing and basic graphic design
- Gamification and scenario-based learning

Experience in the maritime industry, technical training, education, or corporate learning will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
