Salary: 28,000 - 35,000 Per Month

Key Responsibilities

- Handle E-commerce and Direct sales enquiries from initial enquiry to order closure.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations, PI's and order-related documentation.
- Coordinate with customers, Sales, Design, Factory, Dispatch and Installation teams.
- Moderate and coordinate drawing discussions, revisions, approvals and related follow-ups.
- Ensure all order details, specifications, finishes, fabrics, quantities and commercial information are accurately documented.
- Maintain proper order trackers, MIS, follow-up records and supporting documentation for complete traceability.
- Monitor order status against committed timelines and proactively follow up with respective stakeholders.
- Identify potential fulfilment risks and escalate them well in advance.
- Ensure timely order fulfilment, dispatch and closure.
- Maintain organised records of enquiries, quotations, orders, drawings, approvals and customer communications.




- Support management with accurate and timely order status reports and MIS.

Ideal Candidate

- Senior Executive-level resource with good experience in order processing, sales coordination, MIS or customer/order management.
- Strong Excel, MS Office, email and documentation skills.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good understanding of drawings, product specifications and order documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of tasks.
- Ability to independently manage multiple orders and timelines.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable coordinating across Sales, Design, Factory and Operations teams.
- Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini and Claude for productivity and documentation.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
