Logistics Assistant

About Us

We are a growing D2C clothing brand, Nirmal Online (www.nirmalonline.com) based in Gandhinagar, Delhi. We are looking for a proactive Logistics Assistant to manage daily order dispatches, shipment tracking, RTO handling, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily order dispatches and shipment coordination.
- Handle RTO (Return to Origin) cases and maintain proper tracking records.
- Coordinate with courier partners, warehouse staff, and transport teams.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve order- and delivery-related customer queries.
- Prepare and maintain daily order, dispatch, and delivery reports in Excel.
- Track pending orders, returns, and failed deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and logistics activities.
- Ensure smooth order processing and timely status updates.
- Support the operations team in achieving daily dispatch targets.

Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Logistics, Dispatch, E-commerce Operations, or Supply Chain.
- Basic knowledge of courier portals and shipment tracking.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.




- Ability to manage multiple orders and shipments simultaneously.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented and responsible attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Office Details Timing: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
