About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build practical experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, product listing, and seller account management.

The selected candidate will work with major online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, and Myntra.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage product listings on e-commerce marketplaces.
- Upload product titles, descriptions, images, prices, SKUs, and other product details.
- Maintain and update existing product listings.
- Perform bulk product uploads/listings using Excel or marketplace templates.
- Monitor product listings for errors, missing information, and content issues.
- Assist in managing seller accounts and marketplace operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product information, images, pricing, and inventory.
- Track orders, inventory, returns, cancellations, and other marketplace activities.
- Maintain daily reports and update Excel/Google Sheets.
- Follow marketplace guidelines and ensure listing quality.
- Support the team in resolving basic marketplace-related issues.
- Perform other e-commerce operational tasks as assigned by the Team Leader/Manager.

Skills Required:

- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to learn new software and marketplace platforms quickly.




- Basic understanding of e-commerce is an advantage.
- Ability to work with large amounts of product data.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.

Internship Growth Opportunity: This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in real e-commerce operations. Based on performance, learning ability, and business requirements, the intern may have an opportunity for full time employment after successful completion of the internship.
