We're Hiring: Ecommerce Manager

Location: Chandigarh | On-site

Candidates from Chandigarh, Mohali & Panchkula preferred. Relocation to Chandigarh is also welcome.

What you'll do

- Own the end-to-end ecommerce P&L; across our D2C website and marketplaces (Amazon and quick-commerce platforms)
- Manage product listings, content, A+ pages, catalogue hygiene, pricing, and inventory planning across all channels
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, Amazon Ads) with agency or in-house teams, and hold them to ROAS and CAC targets
- Drive conversion rate optimisation on the website — landing pages, product pages, checkout flow, offers, and retention
- Build and manage retention channels: email, WhatsApp, SMS, and repeat-purchase programmes
- Track and report on sales, AOV, CAC, ROAS, returns, and category-level performance; use the numbers to decide what happens next
- Coordinate with supply chain, warehousing, and customer support to keep fulfilment and post-purchase experience tight
- Work with the content and creative team on product launches,



festive campaigns, and category storytelling
- Stay compliant with Ayurvedic/AYUSH product listing, labelling, and advertising norms across platforms

What we're looking for

- 3–5 years of hands-on ecommerce experience, preferably in nutraceuticals, FMCG, wellness, or Ayurveda/personal care
- Proven track record of scaling revenue on D2C (Shopify or similar) and at least two major marketplaces
- Solid working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and marketplace ad consoles
- Comfortable with performance marketing metrics, Google Analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets — you should be able to build and defend a channel-wise forecast
- Good grasp of CRO, pricing strategy, and inventory planning
- Bachelor's degree; MBA in Marketing is a plus
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
