Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow the company’s online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, marketplace operations, inventory coordination, and driving online sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and product information.
- Monitor and process online orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability across online platforms.
- Track sales, revenue, orders, returns, and marketplace performance.
- Implement strategies to improve product visibility, rankings, conversions, and online sales.
- Coordinate with marketplace teams regarding promotions, offers, campaigns, and account-related issues.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, market trends, and customer behavior.




- Prepare regular reports on e-commerce sales and performance.
- Ensure accurate product information and compliance with marketplace guidelines.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and online selling platforms.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Certification/course in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or related field will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate
- 1–4 years of experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Operations / Online Sales.
- Experience handling product listings, inventory, orders, and marketplace accounts.
- Candidates from FMCG, Retail, D2C, Consumer Goods, or E-Commerce backgrounds will be preferred.
