E-commerce Operations Executive (Shopify, Myntra & Ajio)About Us

We are a growing D2C clothing brand, Nirmal Online (www.nirmalonline.com) based in Gandhinagar, Delhi. We are looking for an In-house E-commerce Operations Executive who can independently manage our online sales operations across Shopify, Myntra, Ajio and other marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily product listing and catalogue management on Shopify, Myntra, Ajio and other marketplaces.
- Upload new products, update prices, stock and product details.
- Manage online orders from receipt to dispatch.
- Coordinate with warehouse and courier partners for timely shipments.
- Process returns, exchanges and customer order issues.
- Monitor inventory and ensure stock availability across all channels.
- Reconcile marketplace payments and maintain sales records.
- Track pending orders, dispatches, cancellations and returns.
- Generate daily/weekly sales and operations reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams for product launches and promotions.

Requirements




- 1-3 years of experience in E-commerce Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Myntra, Ajio, Amazon or Flipkart seller panels.
- Positive knowledge of product listing, inventory management and order processing.
- Basic understanding of Excel and reporting.
- Ability to handle multiple marketplaces simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented and ownership-driven attitude.
