Role Description This is a part time, on-site E-commerce role based at Hotel Kanji Palace in Jaipur. The role involves managing online room listings and offers across various travel and booking platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date content, prices, and availability.

Responsibilities include monitoring online bookings, responding to guest inquiries through digital channels, coordinating with the front office and sales teams to manage inventory, and analyzing performance of online campaigns and promotions. The individual will help improve the hotel’s online presence, optimize listings for better visibility and conversion,



and support digital customer service to enhance the guest booking experience. Regular reporting on online sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth are also part of the day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

- Strong E-commerce skills with experience handling online listings, booking portals, and digital promotions.
- Sales and customer service skills to manage inquiries, convert leads, and support guests throughout the booking process.
- Analytical skills to interpret online performance data, track key metrics, and identify areas for optimization.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and interact professionally with guests via online channels.
- Basic knowledge of hospitality or hotel operations is preferred.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, booking engines, and content management tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- A diploma or degree in business, hospitality, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
