Job Profile: E-commerce Executive
Responsibilities
1. Create product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Jiomart, etc.
2. Graphics designing / Image Editing
3. Content creation and Cataloguing.
4. Order processing and dispatch of products.
5. Coordinate with the vendors to ensure inventory data.
6. Address customer complaints
7. Coordinate with Marketplaces for deals and promotions.
8. Payment reconciliation
9. Sponsored Ads / Campaign optimization
10. Demonstrated ability to effectively operate independently and in a team environment.
11. Expert in written and verbal communication.
12. Template Creation.
13. Proficiency in MS Excel/ Advance Excel.
