Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to support appointment management across Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination, timely processing of operational activities, and effective communication with brands and internal teams. Training will be provided for platform workflows and processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the supply chain team for appointment scheduling, updates, and operational requirements.

- Follow up with brands for timely PO releases and ensure smooth coordination for order processing.

- Track pending POs and follow up with brands and relevant teams to ensure timely closure and process completion.





- Maintain operational trackers and reports in Excel.

- Ensure timely follow-ups, process adherence, and completion of day-to-day operational activities.

- Support day-to-day e-commerce operational activities and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

- Good coordination and communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment
