We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect / Lead to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable and secure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales solutions aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Dynamics CRM architecture and the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, with hands-on experience designing enterprise-grade integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable and secure D365 Sales solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions.
- Actively participate in architectural design discussions and provide technical direction.
- Establish and enforce development standards, design governance, and solution validation processes.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and integration designs.
- Design and build enterprise integrations using the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.




- Develop and implement integrations using Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure API Management.
- Ensure solutions follow best practices for scalability, security, maintainability, and performance.

Required Skills :

- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in Dynamics CRM / Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong experience as a Dynamics CRM Solution Architect / Technical Lead.
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales architecture and implementation.
- Solid understanding of solution architecture, technical design, and integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure integration services.
- Strong expertise in Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure API Management.
- Experience in technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and integration design.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
