problem detection & RCA using PurePath / Smartscape ✔ Synthetic Monitoring & RUM implementation ✔ Dashboarding, DQL / metrics / custom configuration ✔ ITSM integration (ServiceNow / Jira) --- Mandatory Experience: ✔ End-to-end Dynatrace implementation / migration / upgrade ✔ At least one PoC or solution design ownership ✔ Exposure to cloud monitoring (AWS / Azure / GCP / Kubernetes) ✔ Application performance monitoring across Java / .NET / PHP ✔ Handling critical incidents, SLA-driven environments & stakeholder interaction ✔ Experience in team handling / shift planning / governance --- Note: This role requires hands-on configuration, Troubleshooting & Tracing expertise.
