A hospital in Miryalaguda, Telangana is seeking a qualified Duty Medical Officer (DMO) with a Pharm D qualification and relevant hospital experience. The role involves supporting patient care, coordinating with doctors and healthcare teams, monitoring patients, and maintaining appropriate clinical documentation.

Qualifications

- Pharm D from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant hospital experience.
- Good knowledge of clinical practices, patient care, medication management, and hospital procedures.
- Strong communication, observation, documentation, teamwork, and patient-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day patient care activities within the hospital.
- Monitor patients and communicate relevant clinical or medication-related concerns to the treating medical team.




- Review medication orders and support appropriate medication use within the scope of practice.
- Assist doctors and nursing staff in coordinating patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient and medication-related documentation.
- Support medication reconciliation and identify potential medication-related issues.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding medicines and their appropriate use, as applicable.
- Coordinate with the pharmacy, nursing, medical, and other hospital departments.
- Follow hospital policies, medication-safety procedures, infection-control practices, and patient-safety standards.
- Demonstrate solid clinical observation, communication, teamwork, documentation, and patient-care skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
