Purpose of Job: D&T; Analyst - Sprinklr resource plays a crucial role in enabling the Marketing and Commercial teams to leverage Sprinklr effectively for their objectives, while also ensuring the efficient management and optimization of Sprinklr resources and processes.

The overall purpose of this role is to:

- Conduct a thorough analysis of the Marketing and Commercial teams' requirements and
- objectives.
- Identify gaps in the current Sprinklr configuration and assess opportunities for enhancement.
- Leverage best practices recommended by Sprinklr and industry standards to design and
- implement new capabilities.
- Utilize native Sprinklr capabilities to the fullest extent possible to minimize customization and
- ensure long-term sustainability.
- Identify relevant APIs provided by Sprinklr for data ingestion and extraction.
- Implement secure and efficient data transfer mechanisms using API authentication and
- encryption methods.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the integration
- process.
- Implement regular maintenance tasks such as software updates, database optimizations, and
- system health checks.
- Provide timely support to end-users and address any inquiries or issues related to Sprinklr
- functionality.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams or external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical
- issues that may arise.
- Document standard operating procedures and best practices for maintaining and supporting
- the Sprinklr platform.

- Develop and maintain standardized processes and documentation for Sprinklr configuration management.
- Implement best practices for data management, security, and compliance within the Sprinklr platform.

Financial Result:
- Manage the budget allocated for Sprinklr configuration projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Identify opportunities to optimize spending on Sprinklr licenses, modules, and additional services.

Skills
- Relevant tertiary or certificate qualification in an IT related discipline.
- Sprinklr certifications highly desirable.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related fields.
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Sprinklr platform administration and configuration.
- Proven experience in leading and managing projects, preferably in a marketing or technology setting.
- Strong understanding of marketing and commercial processes and how they align with digital platforms like Sprinklr.
- Experience in team leadership, mentorship, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive insights and recommendations for Sprinklr configuration enhancements.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools for effective project planning and execution.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to Sprinklr configuration and integration.
