We are looking for a Enthustiastic, smart and responsible and well-organized Dispatch Manager to manage daily dispatch activities, coordinate with sales, warehouse, transport, and customers, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily material dispatch and delivery schedules
- Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, and transport details
- Follow up with warehouse team for packing and loading status
- Coordinate with drivers / transport team for vehicle arrangement
- Track dispatched materials until delivery completion
- Update dispatch status to sales team and customers
- Maintain dispatch records and reports
- Handle delivery issues, delays, and customer queries professionally
- Ensure proper documentation and timely communication

Requirements
- Any degree / diploma
- Basic computer knowledge required
- MS Excel knowledge preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle pressure and follow up regularly
- Experience in dispatch / logistics / coordination will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
