Role Description The Director role at Tamara Leisure Experiences Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The Director will provide strategic leadership across the group’s hospitality brands, overseeing operational excellence, guest experience, and sustainable business growth.

Daily responsibilities include setting and monitoring performance goals, aligning teams with the organization’s People–Planet–Profit philosophy, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional leaders, guiding brand positioning,



driving innovation in services and amenities, and optimizing financial performance while maintaining responsible practices. The Director will mentor senior managers, support talent development, and represent the organization in key stakeholder engagements, industry forums, and community initiatives.

Qualifications

- Proven leadership and people management skills, including the ability to build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and decision-making capabilities, with experience in multi-property or multi-brand hospitality operations.
- Expertise in hospitality operations, guest experience management, and service quality improvement within hotels, resorts, or related sectors.
- Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, revenue optimization, and cost management to support sustainable and profitable growth.
- Demonstrated commitment to sustainability, community engagement, and responsible business practices aligned with global hospitality standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and external partners.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in senior leadership roles within the hospitality industry; exposure to award-winning or certified sustainable properties is an advantage.
