We are seeking an accomplished, dynamic, and visionary academic leader to serve as Director cum Professor – School of Media Management. The role will combine academic leadership, institutional administration, Digital Marketing expertise, industry engagement, faculty development, student outcomes, budgeting, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic and academic leadership for the School and drive its overall growth and development.
- Lead curriculum design and programme development in Media Management, Digital Marketing and related areas.
- Act as a Digital Marketing domain expert, with hands-on knowledge of tools and platforms related to SEO/SEM, social media, performance marketing, analytics, content marketing, CRM, MarTech, AI, and digital advertising.
- Teach and mentor students in Digital Marketing and related subjects and ensure solid industry-oriented learning.
- Oversee academic and administrative operations, including academic planning, faculty workload, quality assurance, student progression, and institutional processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop faculty; encourage research, publications, certifications, consultancy, and industry engagement.
- Drive annual budget planning, resource allocation, cost management, and effective utilization of School resources.
- Strengthen student employability through internships, live projects,



industry exposure, placements, certifications, and entrepreneurship initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with media houses, advertising agencies, digital marketing firms, technology companies, and corporate leaders.
- Promote research, consultancy, executive education, industry projects, workshops, and professional programmes.
- Develop and implement the School's 3–5 year strategic growth plan, including new programmes, partnerships, revenue-generation initiatives, and institutional visibility.
- Represent the School at academic, industry, corporate, and professional forums.

Desired Profile
- Ph.D. in Management, Marketing, Media Management,Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Significant academic and administrative experience in a reputed university/institution.
- Experience in a leadership role such as Director, Dean, Associate Dean, HoD, Programme Chair, or equivalent.
- Strong teaching/research credentials with demonstrated Digital Marketing expertise and practical industry exposure.
- Excellent leadership, communication, networking, team-building, budgeting, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Dynamic, proactive, innovative, and result-oriented personality with the ability to drive institutional growth and lead high-performing teams.
