Role Overview :

As the Director of Cyber Security, you will serve as the strategic leader responsible for safeguarding the organization's digital ecosystem, data integrity, and technological infrastructure.

You will work closely with the C-suite, board members, and cross-functional department heads to align security initiatives with overarching business objectives.

This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of security-first thinking, ensuring that the company remains resilient against evolving global threats while maintaining seamless operational continuity for our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Formulate and execute a comprehensive enterprise-wide information security strategy to mitigate risks and protect critical assets from sophisticated cyber threats.
- Oversee the implementation of IT governance frameworks and security policies to ensure full compliance with global regulatory standards and internal mandates.
- Lead high-performing security teams in conducting regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and ethical hacking exercises to identify and remediate potential security gaps.
- Manage complex security risk assessments, providing actionable insights to executive leadership to support informed decision-making regarding technology investments.




- Collaborate with legal and compliance departments to manage data privacy initiatives and ensure adherence to evolving international data protection laws.
- Direct incident response planning and crisis management protocols to minimize business disruption and ensure rapid recovery during security events.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing enterprise-grade security architectures, with a deep understanding of cloud security, network defense, and identity management.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical security metrics into clear, business-focused narratives for non-technical stakeholders and board members.
- Strong leadership capabilities in mentoring diverse, multi-disciplinary teams and fostering a collaborative setting within a hybrid work setup in Gurgaon.
- Advanced proficiency in security risk management, compliance analytics, and the application of industry-standard frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or SOC2.
- Possession of professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or equivalent senior-level credentials that validate a high degree of technical and managerial competence.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of navigating high-pressure situations and making decisive, ethical choices under tight deadlines.
- A minimum of 12 to 20 years of progressive experience in information security, with a significant portion spent in leadership roles overseeing large-scale security operations.
