Job Summary:

We are looking for a sharp, goal-oriented Digital Selling Executive to join our growth team in Kolkata. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, pitching digital advertising solutions (including social media marketing, performance marketing, and integrated digital campaigns), and securing media budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition: Identify, reach out to, and pitch digital marketing and advertising services to corporate clients, brands, and local businesses.
2. Solution Pitching: Understand client goals and present tailored digital strategy proposals, including social media management, digital ads, and content solutions.
3. Relationship Management:



Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, marketing heads, and brand managers.
4. Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
5. Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with the internal digital performance and creative teams to ensure smooth campaign execution following client sign-off.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Mindset: Highly sales-oriented, target-driven, and confident in client-facing environments.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and digital marketing services.
- Experience: Experienced professionals in digital/media sales are preferred, but freshers with solid sales aptitude, passion for digital media, and convincing skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹20,239.23 - ₹40,000.00 per month
