About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who has hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, lead generation, analytics, and digital campaign optimization.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads, improve online visibility, increase website traffic, and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company business and lead-generation goals.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Remarketing, and other relevant campaign types.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for lead generation, traffic, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Create and manage campaigns based on relevant keywords, target audiences, locations, budgets, and business objectives.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Plan and execute SEO activities to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
- Conduct on-page and off-page SEO, keyword optimization, content optimization, internal linking, and basic technical SEO activities.
- Perform SEO audits and identify opportunities for improving website performance and search visibility.
- Work on Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot conversion tracking and campaign measurement.
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, campaign performance, and lead-generation data.
- Create regular performance reports with key insights, observations, and recommendations.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.




- Coordinate with the Graphic Design and Content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and marketing content.
- Work on landing pages, lead forms, conversion funnels, and other activities to improve lead conversion.
- Develop and execute remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
- Monitor lead quality and coordinate with the Sales team to understand lead conversion and improve campaign targeting.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions to improve results.
- Manage digital advertising budgets effectively and ensure optimum utilization of the allocated budget.
- Research competitors and identify new digital marketing opportunities, keywords, audiences, and channels.
- Stay updated with changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO algorithms, analytics tools, and digital marketing trends.
- Support the company's online presence through social media, search marketing, content promotion, and other digital initiatives.
- Maintain proper documentation of campaigns, budgets, performance data, and marketing activities.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of SEO and search engine optimization techniques.
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of Meta Business Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research and audience targeting.
- Understanding of PPC, CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and other digital marketing metrics.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Valuable understanding of landing pages and conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and result-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
