Experience Required

● 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO content creation, and campaign management. Prior experience in real estate marketing (villas, plots, apartments, or residential projects) is strongly preferred.

● Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design/advertising tools.

● Robust understanding of the Bangalore real estate market and digital buyer behavior.

Salary: Negotiable, Attractive Incentives & Performance-Based Rewards

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Weekly Off: Tuesday

Key Responsibilities

● Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and real estate portals.

● Design high-converting visual assets, ad creatives, brochures, and banners using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software.

● Write persuasive copy and create video content (Reels, property walk-throughs, project highlights) for social media channels.

● Manage daily social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.

● Develop and optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, and email/WhatsApp marketing funnels for high conversion rates.

● Track, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics (CPL, CPA, CTR, ROI) using Google Analytics and advertising platforms.





● Collaborate with the sales team to ensure quick lead handoff and optimize lead quality based on CRM feedback.

● A/B test ad copies, visual creatives, target audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve ROI.

● Analyze competitor marketing strategies, digital trends, and pricing promotions in the Bangalore real estate sector.

● Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports for management review.

Candidate Requirements

● 1-3 Months of hands-on digital marketing experience (real estate agency or developer background preferred).

● Expertise in graphic design and content creation using Canva, & other softwares

● Demonstrated success in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and real estate portals (MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com).

● Strong copywriting skills for social media, ad copy, site banners, and marketing emails.

● Hands-on experience with web analytics, lead tracking, and CRM integrations.

● Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

● Data-driven, creative mindset, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
