Learnosphere is an education platform focused on connecting students with teachers through personalized, interactive learning. We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to grow our online presence and generate quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Learnosphere’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant channels.
- Plan, create and publish engaging social media content, reels, posts and stories.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for student and teacher acquisition.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, engagement, conversions and ROI.
- Research competitors, trends, audiences and new marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate with the content and creative team for advertisements, videos and promotional campaigns.
- Improve brand awareness and online engagement.
- Track marketing analytics and prepare regular performance reports.
- Experiment with new strategies to increase app downloads, demo-class registrations and enquiries.
Requirements
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Ability to create or coordinate engaging reels and social media content.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Creative thinking and willingness to experiment with new marketing strategies.
- Freshers with solid digital marketing knowledge are also welcome to apply.
