About the Role

We are inviting applications for a Digital Marketing Internship designed for students and freshers who want practical exposure to social media management, content marketing, digital campaigns, lead generation, brand communication and online growth.

The selected intern will work closely with the marketing and creative team and assist in executing day-to-day digital marketing activities across multiple brands and platforms.

This internship is intended to provide hands-on exposure to real campaigns, content planning, audience engagement and performance tracking rather than being limited to theoretical learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and managing content for social media platforms.
- Support creation of content calendars, post schedules and campaign plans.
- Coordinate with designers and content teams for social media creatives, reels and promotional materials.
- Draft captions, basic promotional copy and campaign communication.
- Assist in publishing and scheduling content across digital platforms.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and online lead-generation activities.
- Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages and audience responses.
- Conduct competitor, trend and market research.
- Assist in basic SEO, keyword research and website content optimisation where required.
- Support email marketing, WhatsApp marketing and other digital outreach activities.




- Track campaign performance, reach, engagement and lead-generation metrics.
- Prepare basic digital marketing reports and performance summaries.
- Maintain marketing databases, lead trackers and campaign records.
- Assist in brand-building and growth initiatives across different business verticals.
- Undertake other marketing and promotional assignments as required.

Who Can Apply

Candidates should

- Be pursuing or have recently completed BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Digital Marketing or another relevant programme.
- Have a genuine interest in digital marketing, social media and brand growth.
- Be familiar with major social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Have basic content writing and communication skills.
- Be available for immediate joining or able to join at the earliest.
- Be comfortable regularly attending the Aluva, Ernakulam office.
- Have a personal laptop available for internship-related work.
- Be willing to learn digital marketing tools, analytics and campaign management.
- Possess good creativity, attention to detail and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
