Job Responsibilities

- Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

- Create effective campaign strategies to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive conversions.

- Manage Meta Ads Manager, including audience targeting, campaign setup, budgeting, and performance optimization.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement data-driven improvements.

- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.

- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.

- Manage monthly advertising budgets efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.

- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.

- Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising trends,



algorithm changes, and digital marketing strategies.

- Ensure proper tracking through Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and other relevant analytics tools.

Preferred Skills:

- Solid knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising.

- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.

- Analytical mindset with excellent knowledge of campaign metrics.

- Experience in healthcare, Ayurveda, wellness, or similar industries will be an added advantage.

- Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
