Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Digital Marketing & Videographer to manage the company's digital presence and create professional visual content for social media, YouTube and other marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage company social media platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant channels.
- Plan and create engaging digital content for company projects, events, employees, leadership and achievements.
- Manage the company's YouTube channel, including video uploading, SEO, titles, descriptions, thumbnails and analytics.
- Conduct skilled video shoots and corporate photography using DSLR/mirrorless cameras.
- Shoot corporate events, interviews, project sites, office activities and promotional videos.
- Edit videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms.
- Create YouTube thumbnails, social media posts, banners and other digital creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Repurpose long-form videos into reels, shorts and social media clips.
- Monitor social media and YouTube analytics and suggest improvements.
- Maintain an organised library of photographs, videos and creative assets.
- Coordinate with different departments for content requirements.




- Travel to project sites, client locations and events for photography/video shoots when required.

Required Skills
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Videography and Content Creation.
- Hands-on experience with professional camera/video shooting and corporate photography.
- Good knowledge of YouTube SEO and YouTube Studio.
- Video editing skills using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar software.
- Proficiency in Canva; Photoshop knowledge will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Creative thinking and good storytelling skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities.
- Willingness to travel for shoots when required.

Qualification Bachelor's degree/diploma in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Marketing or a related field.

Portfolio/Showreel is mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
