Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

- Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp.

- Plan and execute content calendars and marketing campaigns.

- Coordinate with designers, video editors, influencers, and content creators.

- Monitor trends and identify opportunities for audience growth.

Online Sales & Customer Engagement

- Handle customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, social media, website, and email.

- Support lead generation and conversion activities.

- Develop and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

- Track customer interactions and follow-up opportunities.

Growth & Analytics

- Monitor digital marketing performance and prepare weekly reports.

- Track campaign effectiveness, website traffic, leads, and sales conversions.

- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.

- Suggest and implement growth experiments.

Technology & Automation

- Manage website updates and basic e-commerce operations.

- Work with CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.

- Use AI tools and digital platforms to improve productivity and marketing effectiveness.

- Coordinate with technology vendors and developers when required.

CEO Support

- Assist the CEO in executing strategic growth initiatives.





- Coordinate cross-functional projects related to sales, marketing, and digital operations.

- Prepare presentations, reports, and business updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required

- Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/IT preferred).

- 15 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, growth, or related roles.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment.

- Self-driven, organized, and execution-focused.

Preferred

- Background in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology.

- Experience with websites, WordPress, Shopify, CRM systems, automation tools, or analytics platforms.

- Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, AI tools, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and YouTube Studio.

- Interest in wellness, consumer brands, D2C businesses, or entrepreneurship.
