Position: Digital Growth Lead

Work Mode: Work From Home / Hybrid

Salary: ₹1.8 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA + Incentives

Qualification: Post Graduate, preferably MBA

What You’ll Do

? Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & online research

? Connect with founders, CEOs & marketing decision-makers

? Generate qualified business opportunities

? Schedule minimum 2 qualified client appointments daily

? Understand client requirements and coordinate meetings with management

? Prepare proposals, manage follow-ups and support closures

? Ensure smooth handover of converted clients to the service team

You Should Have





Good understanding of Social Media, Google Ads, SEO, Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing & Web.
